The project AeroDefectScan: “Automatic Defect Detection System in Solar Panel by Aerial Robot”, has as main objective the development of an automated solar plant inspection system by the integration of Artificial Intelligence systems for image processing in UAVs.
This project, belonging to RIMA Network and funded by the H2020 framework program of the European Commission, began in October 2020 with a duration of 6 months.
For its development, a consortium has been formed between Rovimática y Elimco AeroSpace, and we have had the cooperation of top-level research centers participating in the RIMA platform, such as the University of Seville and Catec.
